Thanks NJCA for setting up this forum to counteract the misinformation and ignorance that plagues our country. Thanks Wendy, for fostering public debate where every opinion can be heard/ read, even if people strongly disagree with each other; we can have dialogue and the kind of debate that leads to consensus, or at least to understanding. And that is true democracy. Thanks also for maintaining a spirit of courage and truth in the face of grave corruption, generosity in the face of greed and selfishness, vision in the face of the short-sightedness that seems to define life in 21st Century Jamaica so far. People like you give me hope for a better tomorrow and also the courage and determination to keep on keeping on, standing up for what I know is right. Even if it does feel pretty lonely sometimes. Big up and hug up from your clown friend!
